Ptown is ssssuper cute

I arrived in Provincetown today after two flights and 9 hours. Even though I didn’t get any sleep on the redeye flight, I did get to fly in the smallest plane I’ve ever been in. It held 8 people (including the pilot) and I sat right behind him. I secretly said a prayer. But not sure praying to Kathy Griffin counts.

I walk outside to catch a cab. And this is the cab that took me from the airport into town. It was called the “Funkmobile” with strobe light affixed to the roof, runway lights strewn about the cabin, and, but of course, the radio was playing “Do the Hustle”.

It was a super cute way to start my trip, especially after being up for 24 hours (thanks red eye). I got to our rental house and met up with one of my housemates for the week, Fernando. His partner, Larry… and my friend Gabe, were traveling together from NYC. Fernando was coming from LA so we both were on red-eyes.

The rental house is also super gay cute. I’m telling you. Just look at it. Can you believe this?

Everything in this town is super gay cute. The weird part is that the owners of the house, Larry and Gary, live in it year round except for July and August. They move out to cottage in the back, and rent the main house. Which is a bit weird to know that we’re living in their house while they're on the premises. But when they come over they bring their 3 dogs, Kira, Pinto, and Squirt, which is awesome because I know I'll become their favorite person by the end of the week. I’m sure it will be fine. We’re cooking dinner at the house tonight and we’ve invited them to join. So hopefully it will be a great week of good energy between us all.

This town is a buzz with gay people. Tonight we’ll be going to a place called The Vault. Oh my. More to come.
